
Born in 1990, she graduated from the University of Geneva where she obtained a Bachelor and a Master in Law, after completing her first year of Master at the University of Melbourne. Holding a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions since June 2015, she was admitted to the Geneva bar in March 2017 after having successfully passed the Geneva Bar exam (ranked 1st).
In 2021, Ludivine Delaloye obtained an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford.
Alongside her work as a lawyer, Ludivine Delaloye is pursuing a doctoral thesis in criminal law at the Universities of Geneva and Fribourg, funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation. As part of her research, she will undertake a mobility stay at the University of Cambridge in the spring 2025. She has also been teaching at the Geneva School of Business Administration since 2021.
She is a member of the Geneva Bar’s Commission de formation permanente.
Her practice focuses on criminal and white collar crime proceedings, as well as commercial litigation.
