Born in 1993, Francesco MODICA graduated from the University of Geneva where he obtained a Bachelor and a Master in Business Law. Holding a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions since June 2018, he was admitted to the Geneva bar in October 2020 after having successfully passed the Geneva Bar exam. His working languages are French, Italian and English.
His practice focuses on criminal and white collar crime proceedings, as well as contract law and family law.
