Born in 1968, he obtained a Law Degree from the University of Fribourg and was admitted to the Bar in 2001. He completed his legal education at the University of Geneva (DES in European Studies). His working languages are French and English.
Mr. Baeriswyl’s practice focuses on international mutual assistance in criminal and civil matters, criminal law, intellectual property, competition law and media law.
