The main activity of the firm consists of assistance and representation of our clients (public-law or private entities as well as individuals) in front of the cantonal and federal (civil, criminal and administrative) authorities and courts as well as in the frame of arbitration proceedings. Each lawyer of the firm holds solid know-how in litigation and conflict resolution.
We also assist our clients in international proceedings and we collaborate on a regular basis with top tier law firms abroad. In parallel, some of us sit as deputy judge with cantonal courts or as arbitrator in national or international arbitration proceedings.
